About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst for Marketing Technology to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia, and drive data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of marketing data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a marketing technology context.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
