Lead Data Analyst

About the Position

Turing.com is looking for a Lead Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in the development of their cutting-edge language learning models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Engage in the end-to-end process of data production, including drafting, revising, and conducting quality checks to ensure the highest standard of data integrity.
• Gain invaluable experience in the dynamic interplay between human creativity and machine learning, contributing directly to the training of sophisticated LLMs.
• Cultivate specialized skills within specific data formats and content verticals that will be crucial for advancing the project's goals.
• Deal with performance issues early on and update models using measurements and new data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Software Developer.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Python.
• Prior experience as an annotator for renowned AI/LLM companies will be considered a significant advantage.
• Thorough understanding and practical application of Python in data-related contexts.
• Be intelligent and diligent while possessing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Professional proficiency in English is a must, with exceptional writing and critical analysis skills.
• Candidates who are multilingual will be given preference.
