Як Lead Data Analyst (Power BI) ти поєднуватимеш світ бізнесу і технологій – проводитимеш переговори з клієнтами, трансформуватимеш бізнес-потреби в аналітичні рішення та підтримуватимеш організації у формуванні культури Data-Driven.

Ти розвиватимеш стандарти звітування та Data Governance, підтримуватимеш команду аналітиків Power BI та співпрацюватимеш з архітекторами DWH і інженерами даних при проєктуванні сучасних платформ даних.

Responsibilities

• Співпраця з бізнес-стейкхолдерами
• Проведення воркшопів, аналіз вимог та трансформація бізнес-цілей у аналітичні рішення та дашборди Power BI
• Визначення стандартів звітування та кращих практик у сфері Power BI і Data Governance
• Співпраця з розробниками даних (ETL), архітекторами даних та DevOps/FinOps при проєктуванні та впровадженні рішень на базі Microsoft Fabric та Power BI
• Виконання ролі лідера команди – менторинг, розвиток компетенцій та методологічна підтримка аналітиків
• Контроль якості, узгодженості та корисності наданих аналітичних рішень
• Відстеження ринкових трендів у сфері аналітики
• Співтворення та розвиток пропозиції Центру Data & Analytics
• Представлення організації на галузевих конференціях та активна участь у ринкових подіях

Requirements

• Мінімум 7 років досвіду у створенні та розвитку аналітики Power BI та роботі з даними
• Попередній досвід роботи на позиції Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Consultant
• Знання принципів Data Governance, семантичного моделювання та кращих практик звітування
• Практичне знання архітектури DWH, Data Lakehouse, хмарних рішень та платформи Microsoft Fabric, підтверджене активною участю у впровадженнях або продуктивних проєктах
• Поглиблене знання інструментів: SQL, Python, DAX
• Комерційний досвід з Microsoft Fabric, отриманий під час реалізації впроваджувальних або розробницьких проєктів (бажаний досвід проєктування архітектури та рекомендацій щодо використання окремих компонентів платформи)
• Досвід роботи з клієнтом у проєктній діяльності (збір вимог, консультування, презентації)
• Здатність приймати технологічні рішення та нести за них відповідальність
• Високі комунікативні та консалтингові навички
• Досвід у процесі presales (підготовка концепцій, підтримка тендерів, оцінки)
• Здатність ідентифікувати ринкові тренди у сфері аналітики даних та практично застосовувати їх у формуванні пропозицій і рішень для клієнтів
• Вільне володіння польською та англійською мовами
