We are seeking a Lead Databricks Solution & Platform Architect to design and implement Databricks and data solutions on AWS.

Job Details

Designing comprehensive Databricks platform architecture and data solutions on AWS
Defining and implementing workspace strategies, environment separation (DEV/TEST/PROD), network architecture, and security
Creating Unity Catalog and data management standards, access control, and data sharing
Designing infrastructure as code using Terraform and CI/CD and deployment processes
Configuring monitoring, observability, cost management, and operational controls
Providing support to project teams and acting as a technical and architectural leader

Experience in a similar role
Practical experience in Databricks architecture design and administration
Experience in designing cloud-native data platforms on AWS
Strong knowledge of Unity Catalog, security, IAM, networking, cluster policies, and management
Experience with Terraform and DevOps practices, CI/CD
Knowledge of data engineering frameworks and scalable data architecture patterns
Ability to lead foundational platform work and data solution design
English proficiency at B2/C1 level

Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
