About the Position

GFT Technologies France is recruiting a Lead Developer (H/F) on a permanent basis in Niort. By joining a project team, you will evolve in an insurance environment and be both a technical referent and experienced developer, with a key role in code quality, application architecture, and team upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the technical design and definition of the application architecture.
• Develop critical or complex parts of the application.
• Ensure code review, the implementation of best practices, and technical documentation.
• Support junior developers and promote team upskilling and code quality.
• Participate in the implementation of CI/CD and environment management.
• Foster cross-functional communication between technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Remuneration: Between 52K€ - 60K€ (depending on your level of expertise).
• Remote Work: 2 to 3 days of remote work depending on the project and client.
• Experience: Confirmed experience (5 years minimum) in a Lead Dev Full-stack position.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Java11+, React, or Angular.
• Soft Skills: Ability to navigate complex environments and unite diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
