About the Expert Network Program

The OLSYS Expert Network Program brings together experienced technical and non-technical professionals to collaborate with OLSYS on a flexible, trust-based basis.

The program is designed to connect experts with businesses looking for innovative technology solutions while fostering knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and long-term professional relationships.

This role is part of our Expert Network, not tied to a single project or immediate opening. It is an opportunity to get acquainted, stay connected, and be among the first experts we contact when relevant opportunities arise.

Role Overview

As a Lead Developer within the OLSYS Expert Network, you will collaborate with us on demand, depending on project needs and your availability.

This role is ideal for experienced engineers and technical leaders who:

are open to part-time or consulting collaboration,
enjoy influencing technical decisions beyond pure coding,
participate in pre-sales, interviews, and advisory activities,
or are considering a future career move and want to stay connected.

Responsibilities

Consulting and technical advisory
Participation in pre-sales activities (solution design, estimations, technical discussions with clients)
Conducting technical interviews and expert evaluations
Supporting project delivery and implementation
Architecture reviews and technical audits
Mentoring and supporting internal engineering teams

Requirements

We are looking for senior and lead-level developers with strong technical background and leadership experience across various technology stacks, including but not limited to:

Backend: Java,.NET, Node.js, Python, Go, PHP
Frontend: React, Angular, Vue
Mobile: iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Data & AI: Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI-driven solutions
Architecture: Solution, System, Cloud Architecture

Experience in system design, scalability, code quality, and team leadership is highly valued.

All cooperation is managed under B2B contracts, with remote work as the default format.
