iteratec GmbH, based in Frankfurt, Hessen, DE, is seeking a Lead Developer with senior-level experience to join our team. We are dedicated to developing individual software systems and digital products since 1996, aiming to transform how society works, learns, and lives. Responsibilities

• Technischer Lead: With an agile team, you will implement concepts into excellent code and act as a visionary.
• Verantwortung: You will mentor and challenge other team members.
• Coding: Your code will set standards.
• Betrieb: You will oversee the operation of the application and implement appropriate tools.
• KI: You will integrate AI/GenAI into your projects and daily professional life, leveraging its potential.
• Themenvielfalt: You will work on a variety of topics, including complex web applications, AI, highly specific IT security, and digital business innovation.

Requirements

• Hervorragender Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Mathematik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der agilen Entwicklung kundenindividueller Softwarelösungen
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der technischen Führung von Entwickler:innen-Teams
• Eine große Affinität zum Thema KI/GenAI
• Kenntnisse in einem der folgenden Tech Stacks: Java, Kotlin, Spring, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, React, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP
