About Your Role

Aleda, a subsidiary of the FDJ UNITED Group since 2022, is a key player in the secure electronic transactions and innovative payment systems sector, reinforcing the Group's ambition to become the leading local payment and collection network in France.

ALEDA has been supporting retailers for over 30 years by offering a wide range of solutions that cover all the needs of local businesses (cash register systems and software, POS terminals, secure platforms…) for distributing financial products and services to end consumers (mobile telephony, electronic money, money transfers…).

Within Merchant Services, the Java team works on a multitude of structuring projects: money transfer, dematerialization, supplier connection, authentication, billing, private APIs…

In a context of strong growth and increasing maturity of the ecosystem, we are recruiting a Lead Full Stack Developer – F/H in CDI to technically lead the Java team and support its evolution.

The future Lead will play a key role in technical structuring, elevating standards, supporting practices, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications
• Handle the most complex topics of the core: performance, architecture, code quality, security, private APIs.
• Technically lead the team: mentoring, pair programming, code review, skill enhancement, best practices.
• Structure and maintain technical standards (tests, CI/CD, software quality).
• Participate in the technical design of projects (money transfer, dematerialized services, billing, authentication, partner flows).
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Mobile, and Payment teams, and ensure a reliable and predictable deliverable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: optimization, refactoring, Spring Boot migration, architectural evolutions.
• Be the technical referent and contribute to the planning, prioritization, and resolution of complex incidents.

Requirements

• About ten years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in Java/Spring Boot development and a confirmed experience in a Lead Dev role.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Gradle/Maven, JSF, and distributed architectures.
• Experience in modern frontend: Typescript, Angular, Ionic, Cordova, or Flutter.
• Real ease in advanced diagnostics, problem-solving, and technical structuring.
• Technological curiosity, strong adaptability, and a desire to support team skill enhancement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible posture, adapted to a constantly transforming environment.

Your plus: knowledge of the payment/monetization domain, private APIs, CHR/BTP environment, or high-volume projects.
