Lead DevOps Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with over 11 years of experience in cloud migrations, CI/CD, and observability. Join our team to work with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters, including GPU workloads and multi-cluster setups.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure observability with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK/EFK, including SLOs, alerting, and on-call readiness.
• Lead cloud and hybrid migrations, including vCloud/on-prem to AWS and Azure, and microservice re-architecture.
• Develop and maintain internal developer platforms, golden paths, and environment standardization.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in DevOps and SRE
• Expertise in cloud migrations with AWS and Azure
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools
• Strong knowledge of observability tools and practices
• English proficiency at B2 level
