Lead DevOps Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with 10-12+ years of experience to manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily DevOps operations, offering technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application building, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Support containerized application deployments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

Must have

• Practical expertise in managing and automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure efficient software delivery and deployment.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps with emphasis on pipeline management and automation.
• Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Advanced scripting capabilities in Python and Bash/Shell for automation and system integration tasks.
• Ability to analyze and optimize deployment workflows.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot automation and container orchestration issues.
• Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of T24 (Temenos Transact) build and deployment processes, enabling familiarity with system setup and updates.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, as well as DevSecOps practices, to support secure and efficient development operations.
