About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer with Azure to collaborate with skilled and dedicated teams worldwide in designing and implementing Azure Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and development of automation processes for deploying production workloads in a cloud environment
- Provide first-tier support to both internal and external users
- Manage disaster recovery, backups, and restores for Azure Resource Configurations, Virtual Machines, and Storage Accounts
- Build and refine Azure Automation configurations and create runbooks
- Design, configure, install, and maintain cloud resources while developing robust recovery strategies
- Monitor systems to ensure timely scalability with upgrades and additions to IaaS/PaaS and supporting software
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with deep expertise in developing Azure-based solutions and managing Azure cloud environments
- 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
- Proficiency with all aspects of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Identity Management, and relevant cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and key components like compute, storage, and networking
- Hands-on experience with scripting and deployment frameworks such as continuous integration
- Understanding of networking concepts like Site-to-Site VPNs, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, and Storage Accounts
- Knowledge of ADFS and SSO implementation using Active Directory
- Familiarity with cloud networking, subnets, security concepts, and best practices
- Experience working with virtualization tools such as VMware or Hyper-V and load balancers like MS Load Balancer or F5 Load Balancer
- Proficiency in creating Virtual Machines, Azure Web Apps, and implementing/designing Azure RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) standards and custom roles
- Strong proficiency in English (B2+ level), including excellent verbal and written communication skills
