Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for solutions developed by the Ukraine-based team
- Collaborate with global engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and shape the product roadmap
- Drive R&D initiatives, including rapid prototyping and validation of new capabilities
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial experience with C/C++
- Engineering leadership experience (tech lead / team lead)
- Experience in system design (embedded systems, distributed systems, hardware-software integration)
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and ability to work on R&D-driven tasks
- Strong communication skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
