About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Engineer People Technology to join our People & Workplace department in Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia. This is a hybrid role with full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions within the People & Workplace department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address technology needs.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
