Job description

About the Position

Lead, Enterprise Applications

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.

As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

Responsibilities

  • Own NetSuite implementation transition, stabilization, support, release management, UAT coordination, and post-go-live issue triage
  • Partner with finance, supply chain, operations, warehouse, and manufacturing stakeholders to support purchasing, receiving, inventory, vendor bills, 3-way match, reporting, and related workflows
  • Configure and support NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes
  • Manage external implementation partners and consultants, keeping workstreams accountable and aligned to business outcomes
  • Build governance for enhancement intake, defect triage, user support, documentation, access control, master data, and change management
  • Help Neros mature from implementation mode into a disciplined internal enterprise applications function

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business systems, enterprise applications, NetSuite administration, NetSuite consulting, or ERP ownership experience
  • Strong hands-on NetSuite experience in a production environment
  • Experience with NetSuite implementation, post-go-live stabilization, or ownership of a live NetSuite environment
  • Strong understanding of finance and operational processes, including purchasing, receiving, inventory, AP/AR, reporting, and controls
  • Experience configuring or supporting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, permissions, forms, and related business processes
  • Experience managing external implementation partners, consultants, or systems integrators
  • Strong UAT, release management, documentation, stakeholder communication, and support discipline
  • Ability to separate true system defects from training issues, process gaps, data problems, and enhancement requests
  • Ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams and support a fast-moving manufacturing environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NetSuite in manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, warehouse, inventory-heavy, aerospace, robotics, or high-volume operations environments
  • Experience with 3-way match, receiving discipline, item master governance, purchasing workflows, inventory controls, and warehouse operations
  • Experience building or maturing SOX-ready business processes, system controls, access governance, change control, and audit evidence practices
  • Experience with RF-Smart, WMS, Salesforce, source-to-pay systems, MES, QMS, or ERP integrations
  • Experience joining a company during or shortly after ERP implementation and helping transition from partner-led delivery to internal ownership
