Lead Finance Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Lead Finance Manager for our partners who will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy, development of the finance function, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

You will drive financial planning and reporting, manage relationships with investors and banks, and ensure transparency and efficiency across all financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards
• Handle tax planning and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Organize audits and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies
• Identify and mitigate financial risks (market, credit, operational)
