Lead Full Stack AI Engineer (.NET + React)

About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Full Stack AI Engineer with .NET and React expertise to join our remote team in Ukraine. This role is dedicated to hands-on execution, leveraging AI tools, modern software architectures, and cloud technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and deployment
• Architect and develop scalable high-performance solutions
• Integrate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot into development workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and engineers, to ensure alignment with business goals
• Ensure high-quality code through clean coding practices, documentation, and peer reviews
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for peak performance
• Drive technical excellence throughout the delivery process
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and strategic needs

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development, focusing on .NET and ReactJS
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, MS SQL, and AI tools (GitHub Copilot preferred)
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture patterns such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven designs
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
• Capability to work independently with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving acuity
• Background in communicating technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Proficiency in design principles and patterns
• Understanding of solution architecture concepts
