About the Position

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on an exciting e-commerce project. The project is an e-commerce progressive web application based on the Magento platform, with the front-end recently redesigned using React/Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop a modern, fast e-commerce solution using Magento 2
• Provide an exciting roadmap of features to meet clients’ requirements
• Apply software development best practices (e.g., SOLID, Design Patterns, TDD, BDD) and configuration management tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to bring static designs and prototypes to life
• Provide solutions to technical problems of varying scope and complexity
• Collaborate with management in determining project priorities and risks
• Ensure all relevant processes, procedures, and product documentation are up to date

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech/Team Lead role
• 8+ years of development with Magento 2
• 5+ years of development with React and Next.js
• Strong understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) & Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js
• Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
• Good understanding of GraphQL
• Competent with MariaDB/MySQL
• Familiarity with Docker, Redis
• Firm grasp of Git-based source control
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apollo Client
• Experience with GraphCommerce
• Experience with Algolia
