Lead Full-stack Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Full-stack Developer who thrives on building scalable, cloud-native applications. You’ll bring deep expertise across Node.js, React or Angular, and AI integration to deliver intelligent, user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship scalable full-stack features end-to-end using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js and/or Angular, Node.js, and database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Redis
• Own features through the full development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, code review, documentation, deployment, and production support
• Architect and integrate cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into production products, including generative AI APIs, RAG, AI-powered services, and other intelligent features
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code as part of the daily engineering workflow for implementation, testing, debugging, codebase exploration, and delivery
• Review AI-generated code critically, validating correctness, security, maintainability, and scope before merging
• Develop and integrate modern AI engineering workflows, including MCP, custom coding agents, multi-step agentic workflows, RAG, n8n, and specification-driven development approaches such as BMAD and GitHub Spec Kit
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers, helping establish strong engineering and AI-assisted development practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• 1+ years of technical or team leadership experience
• Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Strong Node.js experience building scalable backend services and APIs
• Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, and/or Angular
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar database technologies
• Experience architecting and deploying production solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code
• Strong ability to evaluate AI-generated code, identify hallucinations, incorrect assumptions, security issues, unnecessary changes, and scope creep
• Strong prompt engineering and context-management skills
• Practical experience with modern AI engineering concepts such as MCP, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, or generative AI APIs
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and reliability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver effectively under real-world delivery pressure
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and hybrid teams
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher)

• Python experience
• Platform engineering, observability, or reliability engineering experience
• Strong system design or distributed-systems experience
• Experience building multi-step agentic workflows with multiple MCP integrations
• Experience safely managing parallel AI agents using Git Worktree-based workflows
• Experience designing reusable prompts, agent instructions, and multi-step AI workflows
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
• Experience with BMAD, GitHub Spec Kit, or other specification-driven development approaches
