Lead Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript/React/Next.js)

About the Position

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end (TypeScript/React + Next.js) and proven back-end capabilities to join our team. This position focuses on building high-quality software and solving complex engineering problems in close collaboration with the customer's teams. This is a high-profile project, and the work involved will be mainly new feature development using a modern tech stack. Note: While this role carries a Lead seniority level, the scope is strictly individual contributor with no leading or management activities.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to AI adoption and integration within the team's development processes
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable front-end and back-end services
• Participate in feature development, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Work closely with the customer to understand requirements and provide updates
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation
• Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Expertise in front-end development with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Proven back-end experience with the flexibility to use Python or Go for cross-stack contributions
• Understanding of AI capabilities and practical experience contributing to AI-related solutions, including the ability to identify areas where AI can be effectively applied and define requirements to build such solutions
• Background in scalable cloud-based web services and microservices (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Focus on code quality, automated testing, and continuous delivery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team and with customers
• English level B2 or higher

• Knowledge of AI Architecture
• Experience in Gen AI Application Development and Gen AI Assisted Development
• Skills in Prompt Engineering
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python
