About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Functional Consultant specializing in JDA/Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfillment to join our team in India. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in supply chain planning modules to configure, optimize, and support Blue Yonder applications, driving operational efficiency and empowering end users to maximize system capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Flexible Editor Pages and Compound Workspaces to enhance data interaction and usability
- Configure Demand, Replenishment, Order Optimization, Inventory Optimization, and Replenishment Interval Optimization Workbenches to improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Experiment with various parameters and configurations within Blue Yonder (BY) processes, such as Calculate Plan, Order Optimization, Inventory Optimization, and Calculate Model, to identify optimal settings and practices
- Document key findings and insights from system experiments to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
- Provide support to end users in leveraging BY capabilities effectively
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance BY proficiency within the team
- Address and resolve user issues related to BY functionality, fostering trust in system-generated outputs
- Perform testing for system upgrades to ensure that new versions do not adversely affect existing functionality
- Execute testing for script and parameter changes to maintain system stability and performance
- Carry out functional testing and business analysis activities to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Extensive background in Blue Yonder applications, particularly in configuring and optimizing UI capabilities
- Expertise in Blue Yonder/JDA Demand, Fulfillment, and Replenishment, along with other planning modules
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
