Lead Generation Manager

About the Position

Chalice is looking for a Lead Generation Manager for full-time employment at its service center in Kyiv. Chalice is an International ICT Services company headquartered in Canada. We're seeking an ambitious, well-communicative, and positive person who wants to start their career through enterprise sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day work with potential customers' database
• Finding new potential clients
• Cold emails/calls, etc.
• Lead generation
• Arrange the initial leads/clients contacts
• Handle CRM daily
• Work closely with the Business Development manager to deliver the Lead Generation plans
• Conduct professional social network research (LinkedIn, Facebook, Angel List, Quora, Contact Databases, Similarweb, etc.)
• Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
• Meeting setup

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English (extensive experience living/working/studying abroad is advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency (experienced user of the Internet, social networks, etc.)
• You are an organized, responsible, and goal-oriented person
• You want to improve your analytical and communication skills and are willing to take the initiative as well as the responsibility
• Strategic perception

Nice to Have

• Understanding of the software industry is a plus
• Work and travel experience in the USA is a plus
• Working as a lead generator/sales in some other industry/niche
• Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems
