Lead Generation Manager

About the Position

Chalice is looking for a Lead Generation Manager for full-time employment at its service center in Kyiv. Chalice is an International ICT Services company headquartered in Canada. We're looking for an ambitious, well communicative, and positive person who wants to start their career through enterprise sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day work with potential customers' database
• Finding new potential clients
• Cold emails/calls, etc.
• Lead generation
• Arrange the initial leads/clients contacts
• Handle CRM daily
• Work closely with the Business Development manager to deliver the Lead Generation plans
• Conduct professional social network research (LinkedIn, Facebook, Angel List, Quora, Contact Databases, Similarweb, etc.)
• Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
• Meeting setup

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English (extensive experience living/working/studying abroad is advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency (experienced user of Internet, social networks, etc.)
• You are an organized, responsible, and goal-oriented person
• You want to improve your analytical and communication skills and are willing to take the initiative as well as the responsibility
• Strategic perception

Nice to Have

• Understanding of the software industry is a plus
• Work and travel experience in the USA is a plus
• Working as a lead generator/sales in some other industry/niche
• Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems
