Responsibilities
- Contacting and filtering potential clients (handling incoming inquiries and using active search tools to generate leads).
- Managing leads throughout the sales funnel – coordinating meetings between potential clients and the sales team, preparing accompanying materials, and tracking leads.
- Preparing ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and multi-channel outreach sequences using LinkedIn, email, or hybrid approaches to contact key technological and managerial personnel.
- Monitoring progress to meet sales targets.
- Using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company goals.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in sales, as a lead manager, or in another sales role.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot (or alternative CRM systems), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, large-scale sales automation tools like Snov.io, Linked Helper, UpWork, and more.
- Strong writing skills in English (at least intermediate level).
- Basic knowledge of the IT market and comfort with working with technologies.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Practical communication and business networking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- High self-motivation.
- Passion for sales and professional development in the field.
Nice to Have
- Experience in building sales funnels and optimizing sales processes.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development (technology stack, project time estimation, etc.).
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in creating and managing databases of potential clients.
