About the Position

Lead Generation Rep. (outbound tele-sales/appointment scheduling)

Join Quadient’s demand generation team as a Lead Generation Representative to drive growth in software and digital communications. This is a remote opportunity for U.S.-based candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.

Compensation: Hourly + commission, estimated OTE=$55k

Responsibilities

• Meeting targets through outbound calls (120 - 140 daily)
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Use data insights to improve performance and campaign results
• Provide feedback to managers and collaborate across teams
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships internally and externally

Requirements

• 2–5 years in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience making 100+ outbound calls daily
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
