About the Position

We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Researcher to join our team. As a full-time Researcher at Brebeneskul, you’ll play a key role in shaping insights that drive our clients’ success. Reporting directly to the Head of Research, you’ll collaborate on diverse client-facing research projects and deliver tailored lists of decision-markers that power our outbound engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Compile data from multiple sources and enter unified data into databases and CRM systems
  • Ensure data integrity by checking accuracy and consistency of data
  • Resolve duplications and discrepancies in data
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete data
  • Respond to information requests from authorized employees
  • Test new query tools

You Bring

  • Ideally, prior lead generation/market research experience
  • University degree from a recognized school (preferably business or finance-related)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office/Lead Generation tools
  • Team player attitude and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • A keen sense of initiative and commitment to contributing toward goals
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Superior attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy – a must
  • Familiarity with lead enrichment or scraping tools (e.g., Hunter.io, Lusha, Apollo) is a plus

About the Position

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our international client portfolio. Working alongside our Head of Sales, you will focus on liberating them from non-revenue generating tasks by assisting in sales workflow-related tasks such as email follow-ups with prospects, performing database research, and engaging prospects using email and LinkedIn.

As a BDR, you will:

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales on ongoing projects related to the business
  • Perform daily interactions with client accounts
  • Create timely follow-up emails, and send proposals and client agreements following calls with prospective and existing Brebeneskul clients
  • Utilize and closely monitor a broad range of sales-related tools and platforms, such as Close.io, Dripify, Apollo, Pitchbook, and Woodpecker
  • Monitor client inboxes, launch email and LinkedIn campaigns, and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Provide any additional assistance to the Head of Sales when needed

You Bring

  • Prior SDR/BDR experience
  • University degree from a recognized school (preferably business or finance-related)
  • Team player attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A strong desire to succeed, including a high degree of self-motivation
  • Interest to learn quickly including complex terms and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Excellent time management and superior attention to detail
