Lead Generation Specialist | SDR

About the Position

At Linkup Studio, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our outbound efforts and help build meaningful first-touch connections with potential clients.

In this role, you will work both with internal company services and, potentially, support lead generation activities for our clients within our lead generation service. We are looking for someone who combines strong research skills, structured communication, and a systematic approach to outbound processes.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
• Building and maintaining prospect databases based on ICP criteria
• Launching and managing outbound outreach campaigns
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking communication history
• Supporting written communication and follow-ups with prospects
• Coordinating meetings and calls with potential clients for the sales team
• Researching and testing new lead generation channels, tools, and approaches

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation and outbound outreach for IT services/software development companies
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outreach automation tools
• Understanding of ICP building, prospect research, and outbound communication processes
• Interest in AI-driven automation and willingness to collaborate on improving and automating lead generation processes
• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients in English
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner with databases and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Understanding of sales processes and lead nurturing approaches
