Sii Polska is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Architect to design and lead the implementation of business-critical integrations across a complex engineering, sales, and delivery landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, development, and implementation of integrations between the company's core business systems, ensuring a seamless flow of information across product development, engineering, sales, delivery, and analytics functions. Responsibilities

• Defining and designing the overall integration architecture across enterprise systems
• Leading the design and implementation of API-based, event-driven, and data-centric integrations
• Owning and overseeing information flows between Teamcenter, Polarion, SAP, Tacton, Salesforce, Autodesk platforms, and Databricks
• Designing scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions on AWS
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, and external system vendors
• Providing technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Acting as a hands-on technical expert when required

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise integration projects and architectures
• Strong experience designing and implementing AWS-based integration solutions
• Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of API-led and event-driven architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native integration platforms and technologies
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts
• Advanced level of English

Nice to Have

• Previous work with Databricks, Terraform, CI/CD, Salesforce, Siemens Teamcenter, and Autodesk Fusion Center
• Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Industrial Equipment, or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments
