About the Position

We are seeking a Lead IT Security Engineer to join our international cybersecurity team and enhance infrastructure and application security.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for security engineering initiatives.
Identify and help remediate security issues, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations.
Implement and improve security measures across infrastructure and applications.
Conduct security evaluations of infrastructure and applications.
Create and maintain technical runbooks.
Evaluate new security technologies and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with relevant teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

At least 5 years of experience in system engineering.
Hands-on experience with patch management, infrastructure security, Azure, Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and Zscaler.
Experience identifying and mitigating infrastructure and application vulnerabilities.
Experience with programming languages and DevSecOps practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
Ability to build effective relationships with technical teams and key stakeholders.
Good command of English.

International environment with English as the working language.
Close collaboration with the cybersecurity team, reporting to the CISO.
