About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Kotlin AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions using Java/Kotlin technologies. In this role, you will lead the implementation of business-critical features powered by AI, contributing across the entire AI Software Development Life Cycle while staying at the forefront of Java and AI innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using Java/Kotlin technologies
- Lead the implementation of business-critical features powered by AI
- Contribute to all phases of the AI Software Development Life Cycle, including solution design, prompt engineering, and model integration
- Drive evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Java and AI technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing AI Software Development Life Cycle with maturity 2.5+
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Qualifications in solution design, prompt engineering, and model integration
- Familiarity with evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin
- Expertise in API Management Platforms, Cloud, and Service Management
- Knowledge of Enterprise platforms and SaaS
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to Have
- Background in IT Infrastructure Engineering
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Skills in Site Reliability Engineering
