About the client: Our client began its operations in 1996, originally manufacturing metal and glass architectural structures. Today, the company is a high-tech manufacturing complex that designs and produces turnstiles, road blockers, bollards, fireproof doors, gates, and hatches. The company has international offices in Kyiv, London, and Dubai, with 23 official brand representatives worldwide and a portfolio of 30,000+ completed projects across more than 100 countries.

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Specialist to provide strategic leadership for the marketing team and processes, aimed at strengthening brand awareness globally. The primary focus is on building end-to-end analytics, implementing a unified communication strategy, and scaling client acquisition channels.

Responsibilities

• Managing the marketing team and external contractors.
• Developing and implementing the company's overall marketing strategy.
• Team building, goal setting, and marketing performance management.
• Overseeing and managing operational marketing processes.
• Analyzing the market, competitors, and user behavior.
• Maintaining current communication channels and developing new ones.
• Boosting brand awareness in the international market.
• Preparing for participation in international exhibitions and industry events.
• Supporting and optimizing company websites.
• Maintaining a unified communication strategy (PR, Content, SMM, Websites).
• Establishing a KPI system and end-to-end analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a team.
• Hands-on experience in B2B markets with a deep understanding of client acquisition and retention tools.
• Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with digital tools (performance marketing, CRM, automation).
• Solid understanding of branding, positioning, and product management.
• Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
