Responsibilities
- Planning flows: Development and control of movement schedules at all stages of the supply chain.
- Transport strategy: Optimization of routes, selection of carriers, and planning of transport schedules to minimize costs and delivery times.
- Analytics and KPI: Implementation of performance metrics, regular analysis, and reporting.
- Process optimization: Application of Lean and SCOR-model tools to identify "bottlenecks" and improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
- Cross-functional interaction: Coordination of work with procurement, production, warehouse departments, and external customs brokers.
- Data management: Maintenance of up-to-date logistics data in ERP/WMS systems.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in managerial or expert positions in logistics/SCM.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding and practical experience with Lean, BPM CBOK, SCOR-model.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in Excel, experience with ERP systems, and BI tools for data visualization.
- Planning skills: Understanding of transport logistics and supply chain principles.
