Lead Programmer Analyst (Java Full Stack)

Responsibilities
- Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents, and maintains computing applications.
- Gathers and evaluates end-user requirements.
- Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design.
- Analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs, and other application architecture requirements.
- Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality.
- Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems.
- Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software development
- 10+ years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development
- 7+ years of experience with data integration development and maintenance
- 7+ years of experience in handling any SQL database
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous deployment, configuration management, security analysis, and cloud computing.
- 1+ years of programming experience using AI coding assistants
- Hands-on experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience with Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience in developing responsive GUI using any framework like Angular, React, JavaFX (preferable).
- Experience in developing and testing and hosting RESTful services.
- Experience in any SQL database along with database CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations.
- Experience in ALM tools (GitLab, Jira, TFS) and also tools like Maven, Gradle.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants in agentic environments.
- Working knowledge on any cloud platform from a developer’s perspective.
- Strong experience of working with Agile (Scrum) and thorough knowledge of DevOps.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Strong Problem Solving and Debugging Skills.
- Should mentor and guide developers, provide technical mentorship.
- Knowledge of Performance tuning, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and good time management with the ability to work with teams, meetings, and stakeholders’ meetings.
