About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Administrator to oversee PMO services, financial governance, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders and vendor PMO teams, ensuring quality oversight, audit readiness, and adherence to established standards across all project workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial governance, forecasting, budgeting, and actuals validation
  • Perform variance analysis across Plan, Forecast, and Actuals
  • Manage UBM and budget requests, approvals, and closures
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting and ensure audit readiness
  • Coordinate vendor contract financials and IT-side vendor activities
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding coordination along with access governance
  • Track and report on resource allocation while maintaining audit-ready records and compliance
  • Maintain RAID logs covering Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies
  • Collect project status inputs and track overall progress
  • Prepare decks, reports, and governance meeting materials
  • Apply PMO standards and templates to ensure consistency and audit readiness
  • Provide overall PMO coordination, quality oversight, and supervise service quality, risks, and capacity as a single point of contact between client and vendor PMO team

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of overall IT industry experience
  • Expertise in financial management including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency in UBM processes, budget approvals, and monthly financial reporting
  • Background in vendor contract financial coordination and IT-side vendor management
  • Skills in resource management covering onboarding, offboarding, and access governance
  • Competency in maintaining RAID logs and tracking project status
  • Knowledge of PMO standards, templates, and governance reporting
  • Capability to prepare executive decks, reports, and governance meeting materials
  • Understanding of audit readiness and compliance record-keeping
  • Familiarity with service coordination, quality oversight, and capacity supervision
