About the Position

Team Lead Project Manager

select form (a creative merchandise agency) is looking for a Team Lead Project Manager who will ensure effective project management through the development of Project Manager team, quality control of all client projects, and the establishment of scalable processes.

Responsibilities

Manage the Project Manager Team:
- Coordinate and develop the Project Manager team;
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, and assist in professional development;
- Monitor team workload and distribute projects among managers;
- Support the team in resolving complex or crisis situations with clients and contractors;
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating new project direction employees.
Ensure Quality Project Portfolio Management:
- Maintain a helicopter view over all active company projects;
- Monitor adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Identify risks in a timely manner and help the team mitigate them;
- Coordinate priorities between projects based on business needs;
- Ensure consistently high levels of client service.
Develop and Improve Processes:
- Analyze the effectiveness of project processes and identify areas for optimization;
- Implement new tools, regulations, and work standards;
- Increase predictability and transparency of the project department;
- Establish a system of regular team performance reporting and monitoring.
Work with Key Stakeholders:
- Be the primary escalation point for complex client situations;
- Interact with the creative team, production, and company management;
- Ensure effective communication among all project participants.

Requirements

Systemic Thinking and Process Improvement: Ability to not only solve current problems but also find their causes, improve processes, and implement solutions to avoid similar situations in the future.
Helicopter View and Attention to Detail: Ability to simultaneously keep a large number of projects, priorities, and interrelations in view.
Results Orientation and Proactivity: Willingness to take responsibility for achieving results, moving tasks forward, and finding effective solutions.
Management Experience: Ability to effectively delegate, develop a team of Project Managers, and organize work to achieve results.
Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to find a balance between the interests of the client, team, and business, conduct negotiations, constructively defend the company's position, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Independence in Decision-Making: Ability to make decisions independently within their area of responsibility.

Flexible working hours with the option to start the workday between 8:00 and 10:00 and finish between 17:00 and 19:00.
