Responsibilities

  • Manage the achievement of KPI targets.
  • Create and promote a working environment encouraging process improvement.
  • Maintain open communication within the organization.
  • Train personnel to perform their work effectively.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with quality requirements and procedures.
  • Review and monitor auditors’ performance.
  • Arrange witness audits as requested.
  • Develop and maintain the system governing operational units.
  • Advise the Product Responsible on enhancing DNV's position in the marketplace.
  • Promote DNV Certification to potential clients.
  • Ensure the independent nature of the MSC scheme is maintained.
  • Review and approve pertinent Management System documents.
  • Assess financial results of the activity.
  • Ensure adequate resources are provided for audits.
  • Plan and execute audits, report results, and follow-up within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Develop and administer internal training courses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by appropriate management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s preferred).
  • Qualified lead auditor (QMS/EMS/OHSAS etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 2 years of management experience within the certification industry.
  • Fluent English speaking with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Additional certifications in quality assurance or related fields.
  • Experience with international standards and regulations.
