Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the design, implementation, and continuous development of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance architectures.
- Oversee risk and control self-assessments, manage corporate incidents, and facilitate structured root-cause analysis across various business lines.
- Champion operational resilience strategies and evaluate risks associated with major external third-party service providers.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance and alignment initiatives while managing risk reporting mechanisms such as solvency assessments.
- Provide independent oversight on transformation programs, cross-functional projects, and evolving technology risk domains.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in non-financial risk, internal audit, or operational risk management, including third-party risks within the financial services or insurance ecosystem.
- Deep comprehension of corporate governance principles, risk methodologies, and local regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of directly leading, mentoring, and developing localized teams of risk professionals.
- Exceptional communication capabilities with the ability to constructively challenge, advise, and guide senior stakeholders.
