About the Position

Lead Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

We are seeking a highly driven outbound sales professional to help fuel Manatal's growth. This role is for individuals who are passionate about business development, motivated by achieving ambitious goals, and driven to accelerate their careers. The Lead Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving new business growth through outbound prospecting, opportunity creation, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, voice notes, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within recruitment agencies and staffing firms that match Manatal's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Generate a consistent volume of qualified meetings for the sales team through proactive outreach and structured follow-up.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects within our CRM.
  • Use AI, automation, LinkedIn, and modern sales technology to improve productivity and results.
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and engagement tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and outcomes within the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual activity, meeting generation, and pipeline creation targets.
  • Share successful prospecting techniques and best practices with the broader outbound team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound strategies, messaging, and prospecting approaches.
  • Act as a senior individual contributor within the sales organization, providing market insights, commercial expertise, and leadership through example.
  • Stay informed on Manatal's product offerings, competitive landscape, recruitment industry trends, and best practices.
  • Other tasks as directed by the CEO or Management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or prospecting-focused sales roles.
  • Bilingual communication in English.
  • Additional languages (such as Spanish) are a big plus.
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Prior experience with software solution sales or within the recruitment industry is an advantage.
  • Strong cold calling, objection handling, and prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed outbound activity and meeting generation targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern sales technology in your daily workflow.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
