About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide our Salesforce team in delivering impactful solutions. You will play a key role in application design, customization, and deployment while collaborating closely with various technology teams. Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce team
- Participate in application design, configuration, customization, and deployment
- Design and implement technical solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with technology teams, including Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams
- Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
- Guide development team in creating innovative solutions with a focus on standards and code quality
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot end user issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in Salesforce development
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds with demonstrated success in implementation
- Expertise in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC
- Familiarity with estimation techniques and project planning
- Solid experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration using CI/CD practices
- Background in working with Agile methodologies and delivering in Agile environments
- English language proficiency at B2+ level to facilitate effective communication
