Lead SAP MDG TechnoFunctional Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead SAP MDG TechnoFunctional Developer to join Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. This role is pivotal in leading the design and delivery of SAP MDG solutions, emphasizing technical expertise and full configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP MDG solutions.
• Utilize MDG technical skills and full configuration knowledge.
• Apply strong ABAP skills, including OO ABAP and enhancements.
• Design and handle workflow and change requests, including rule-based workflows and multi-step approvals.
• Leverage good knowledge of MDG BAdIs for validation, derivation, data model, UI, and replication.
• Engage in data modeling, DRF, and key mapping.
• Demonstrate strong MDG configuration knowledge in data models, UI modeling, process modeling, and governance rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of SAP MDG development experience.
• Strong ABAP skills (OO ABAP, enhancements).
• Hands-on expertise in workflow design and change request handling (CR types, rule-based workflow, multi-step approvals).
• Good knowledge of MDG BAdIs (validation, derivation, data model, UI, and replication).
• Strong MDG configuration knowledge (data models, UI modeling, process modeling, governance rules).
