About the Role

Lead the end-to-end architecture of strategic AI and data solutions. Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and reusable designs aligned with Group Technology standards.

This is a future-oriented role, focused on shared AI foundations, Data Hubs, agentic solutions, and reusable architecture, rather than only replacing current project tasks.

Responsibilities

Designing architectures for GenAI, AI assistants, chatbots, RAG, document processing, and Data Hub solutions
Creating high-level and detailed solution designs and managing architecture decisions
Ensuring compliance with target architecture, security, data protection, and AI governance
Leading solutions from PoC through production readiness
Defining reusable patterns, accelerators, reference architectures, and integration standards
Evaluating technology options based on value, cost, risk, and operational impact
Guiding engineers and collaborating with Product Managers, AI Solutionists, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders
Representing Data & AI Products in architecture governance forums

Requirements

Fluency in English
5+ years of experience working in software, cloud, data, or AI engineering area
2+ years as either Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Engineer
Strong Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture experience
Practical knowledge of GenAI, RAG, APIs, Kubernetes, Databricks, and data platforms
Understanding of security, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and operational monitoring
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
Azure Solutions Architect certification
Experience with AI governance, architecture reviews, and reusable platform capabilities
