Lead Staffing Specialist

About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Staffing Specialist to manage end-to-end staffing activities for an assigned portfolio in our dynamic IT environment. You will act as the primary contact for staffing-related coordination with delivery, talent acquisition, and global staffing teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end Staffing for the Portfolio assigned
- Major activities include Demand validation, proposal addition, next steps, interview coordination, assignments, and ramp-down validations
- Serve as the Primary point of contact for Staffing for stakeholders from the Delivery, Practices, Talent Acquisition, and Global Staffing teams
- Maintain constant communication with delivery leaders to stay updated on changes in Demand and Headcount
- Provide timely updates and callout next steps to stakeholders
- Maintain the hygiene of the internal staffing systems and do daily validation of the current status
- Monitor and report Staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in core staffing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using staffing processes & tools
- Knowledge of IT Skills, Roles, and Responsibilities
- Experience in handling difficult negotiations and escalations
- Being responsive, resourceful, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency, paired with a friendly, diplomatic demeanor
