We are now seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition passionate about enabling a product-led organization by engaging and hiring talented members across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team (Tech, Data, Finance, People & Commercial)
• Act as a senior talent advisor to leaders across the organization
• Anticipate talent needs and market risks before they surface
• Design advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent
• Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles
• Influence and evolve hiring standards, processes, and guidelines
• Strengthen recruiting operations and processes
• Scale the TA function as the company grows

Requirements

Who you are:

• Experience in high-impact talent acquisition strategies
• Exceptional sourcing, assessment, and calibration skills
• Strong business acumen and comfort working with senior leaders
• Ability to influence without authority
• A systems mindset: you improve the operating machine, not just your own output
• The ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome, in the quickest possible time!
• Proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates
• Comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint and a very diverse team
• Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives
• Tools affinity, keeping our ATS updated, and maintaining accurate data

• Familiarity with global talent acquisition practices
