We are currently seeking a Head of Funds Static Data Onboarding in Warsaw, Poland to lead the team responsible for fund static data, regulatory data, and fund documentation services. Ensure high data quality, operational excellence, and service delivery while managing supplier relationships, onboarding new data services, and driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data specialists.
• Oversee onboarding, maintenance, and distribution of fund data and documents.
• Ensure data quality and act as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Manage relationships with asset managers, key data suppliers, and external partners.
• Coordinate data onboarding, mapping enhancements, upgrades, and supplier feed upgrades.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Support product enhancements and regulatory change implementation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of fund data, regulatory reporting, and fund documentation.
• Experience in Asset Management, Fund Administration, Data Management, or Fund Distribution Services.
• Proven experience in supplier management, data onboarding, and data integration activities.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on quality, service, and continuous improvement.
