About the Position
We are seeking a Lead .NET AI Developer to join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, and iterate on AI-enabled solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to drive business-critical features powered by AI, contributing across the AI Software Development Life Cycle. If you are passionate about backend development and AI integration, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define solution architecture
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using.NET technologies
- Lead the implementation of business-critical features powered by AI
- Contribute to all phases of the AI Software Development Life Cycle, including solution design, prompt engineering, model integration, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services
- Ensure high code quality, scalability, and security in all deliverables
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices and technical challenges
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated on the latest trends in.NET and AI technologies
- Communicate progress and technical decisions to stakeholders
- Document technical solutions and processes
- Support deployment and post-launch activities
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Requirements
- Experience in.NET development with 5+ years in a lead or senior role
- Background in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
- Skills in designing and implementing REST APIs
- Expertise in backend development for business-critical applications
- Proven experience implementing AI Software Development Life Cycle with maturity 2.5+
- Qualifications in solution design, prompt engineering, and model integration
- Familiarity with evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
- Capability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements
- English proficiency at an advanced level
