Lead.NET Engineer with AI tools

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead .NET AI Developer to drive the design and development of modern cloud-native applications powered by Generative AI technologies. This role combines deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem with hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using C# and.NET technologies
• Implement scalable ASP.NET Core and Web API solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps automation
• Develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities into business applications
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to define technical solutions
• Guide technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers
• Contribute to frontend development activities using React or Angular when required
• Build secure, resilient, and highly performant distributed systems
• Optimize development workflows through AI-assisted engineering practices utilizing GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLM-based solutions

Requirements

• Strong expertise in C# and.NET (.NET Core and.NET Framework)
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and service-oriented architectures
• Proven experience developing applications on Microsoft Azure
• Experience building and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and modern development methodologies
• Practical experience using GitHub Copilot and/or Cursor as part of the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications
• Understanding and practical application of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
