Responsibilities
As part of our Learning, Capability & Academy Team, you will shape the evolution of our learning and knowledge landscape for one of the leading SAP consultancies. You will work closely with departments, leaders, and experts, ensuring that knowledge is systematically built, shared, and further developed.
Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing the competency and development needs of our consultancy and translating them into forward-looking learning and qualification solutions.
- Designing modern training, certification, and enablement concepts and supporting their successful implementation.
- Developing and managing learning journeys, academy offerings, and strategic learning initiatives aligned with our corporate goals.
- Collaborating closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders, providing advice on learning and knowledge management topics.
- Ensuring a high-quality, scalable learning and knowledge landscape and continuously developing our learning platforms.
- Moderating workshops, exchange formats, and learning events, promoting knowledge transfer within the organization.
- Measuring the success of learning initiatives, deriving improvements, and sustainably developing our capability management.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally in client projects or a technical consulting role.
- Understanding of consulting processes, client requirements, and the competency development of consultants.
- Enjoyment in developing people and organizations.
- Experience in designing, moderating, or conducting training, workshops, or enablement measures.
- Ability to simplify complex content and convey it in a target-group-appropriate manner.
- Interest in modern learning concepts, learning technologies, and knowledge management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High degree of initiative, implementation strength, and enjoyment in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Very good German and English language skills.
