LEARNING CONSULTANT

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Learning Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has delivered Sana projects, either full End-to-End deployments or scoped Sana Create engagements, and can run a project independently, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Hands-on Sana experience and experience migrating clients from other LMS platforms are required. A current Workday certification is also required, and Workday Learning experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sana projects independently from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Provide hands-on Sana implementation experience, including configuration, migration, testing, and client training.
• Migrate clients from other LMS platforms, including content, curricula, and transcripts, plus enterprise integrations and testing.
• Maintain a current Workday certification (Workday Learning or Workday HCM).

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years implementing enterprise learning or talent platforms, with at least two full-cycle implementations from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Skills:
  • Hands-on Sana implementation experience.
  • Current Workday certification.
  • Experience migrating clients from other LMS platforms.
