Responsibilities

Translate customer reality into engineering requirements: Understand legal workflows, coach customers, and create detailed specifications.
Build skills yourself: Develop and test agent skills and playbooks that solve real customer workflows.
Make it repeatable and sellable: Standardize solutions for Sales and Customer Success to manage without constant intervention.
Legal authority: Handle legal and compliance questions, using our own product and providing honest feedback.

Requirements

Technical track record: Fluent with LLMs, scripting, Git, and APIs. Experience with building and publishing tools is ideal.
Legal foundation: A law degree with a commercial-contracts focus, German-qualified or equivalent. Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating German commercial contracts.
Commercial and entrepreneurial track record: Experience with commercial responsibility, winning clients, and understanding customer value.
Language: Excellent German and English proficiency. Other EU languages are a plus.
