About the Position
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team. The role involves handling legal documentation, assisting lawyers, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Working with large volumes of documentation: reviewing and analyzing documents, preparing lists of documents, printing and preparing documents for submission to the court, archiving, etc.
- Searching for information as requested by lawyers.
- Visiting a notary to certify documents.
- Delivering documents to state authorities and reviewing case materials.
- Performing assignments from management.
Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Diligence and a responsible approach to work.
- Experience with office equipment.
- Willingness to handle routine legal and administrative tasks.
- Punctuality.
