About the Position

Join Infobip as a Legal Associate to support our global business operations with strong legal expertise in various jurisdictions. Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. Responsibilities

• Efficiently and adequately support the business in the area of contract support
• Closely cooperate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Adequately support contract negotiations in a multijurisdictional environment
• Deal with external advisors regarding various contract law matters, domestic and foreign
• Fully understand internal policies and reflect them in the contract/negotiation process
• Employ effective risk management techniques and proactivity in advising on possible legal issues
• Research and evaluate different risk factors in foreign jurisdictions
• Fully understand the company's products and underlying legal risks from a contractual perspective

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB/LLM); additional LLM/Diploma studies is an advantage
• Bar exam (or equivalent professional qualification exam) is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a global environment
• Full professional fluency in English
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Ability to work in an additional foreign language is an advantage
• Strong negotiation skills in an international environment and problem-solving – solution-oriented mindset
• Effective task management
• Team player with learning agility
• Organizational, analytical, and writing skills; quick learner, and strong sense of initiative
• Strong work ethic, dedicated, and efficient in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
