Responsibilities

Our Legal - Corporate & Compliance team is looking for an intern from January to June 2027.

You will join a team of 4 people specialized in corporate, governance, and compliance issues.

You will assist the team on:

• Legal aspects related to listed companies' law, particularly corporate governance and regulatory issues, as well as capital markets operations.
• Participation in the preparation of financial reports, board meetings, and the general meeting of Deezer Group shareholders.
• Participation in the preparation of the Universal Registration Document.
• Coordination with legal counsel, in France and abroad.
• Management of various KYC requests from Deezer Group partners.
• Legal advice provided to Deezer teams on various issues and the preparation of legal monitoring.

Requirements

This position is perfect for someone with:

• A Master II in business law.
• Professional experience in a company and/or law firm (internship, apprenticeship, fixed-term contract, etc.).
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• Rigor, autonomy, and motivation.
